Purchased the iron pan because I'm a fan of iron/cast iron, cookware. I especially liked this particular pan because of the shape, side height, handle locations and always not only made in the USA but right here in Oregon. The rectangular shape fits my center dual burner gas range perfectly. There is plenty of room for cooking multiple items at once. High sides keeps the grease spatter to a minimum. Dual handles are great for picking it up to move. Pan and food can add up in weight. A single handle like most pans doesn't make sense. I like moving all the hot food onto our dining table with the pan to keep everything warm while you eat. You can't beat iron cookware and this has become my favorite piece. I would recommend this pan to anyone wanting a well made quality pan. Thanks!
